The Teya gastro Restaurant is located a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea and offers guests unique dishes inspired by the culinary traditions of the ancient Balts.

The author's menu is based on local gastronomy and the principle of seasonality. The main ingredients of the dishes are local fish and meat, farm vegetables and berries with a Baltic accent. Here you will taste Karelian trout tartare, scallop ceviche with raspberry sauce, hot smoked eel, octopus tentacles, duck breast and beef cheeks, as well as a whole palette of fresh salads with seafood.

The breakfasts served by the restaurant for guests and residents of the Amber Shore Collection deserve special gastronomic attention. This includes a rich buffet with meat and fish cuts, porridges and omelets, pastries and desserts, and an expanded continental breakfast with a full-fledged balanced menu of dishes from three categories.

Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

And the restaurant's bar offers a rich selection of drinks reflecting the diversity of the Baltic Sea. Here you will find original and classic teas and drinks, coffee and cocktails. The wine list has been verified by the sommelier specifically for the restaurant.

The restaurant's interior is decorated in a modern style with designer accents. Panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the view of the cozy streets of the resort Zelenogradsk.

The restaurant is open a la carte from 12:30 to 23:00, on weekends until 00:00.
